SCOPE. 1.1 It is the intention of these specifications that the vendor hereunder shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and incidentals to complete the work, covered by this contract which may be required during the period of time covered by this agreement. The quantities shown are approximate and are for the purpose of bid evaluation. Baltimore County reserves the right to order such services as may be required during the said period, and it also reserves the right not to order any services bid upon by the vendor, if it is found that such services are not required by the County during the period covered by this contract. 1.2 In addition, all prices, terms, conditions, and services stipulated by the contract resulting from this solicitation shall be extended by the Contractor to Baltimore County Board of Education, and the Community Colleges of Baltimore County. Baltimore County Office of Budget and Finance assumes no obligation on behalf of these agencies.
