The Spartanburg County Parks Department, in partnership with PAL; Play. Advocate. Live Well, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors to make improvements to the Daniel Morgan Trail System. At a minimum, this work shall include: The Daniel Morgan Trail System, known as “The Dan,” is one of the region’s most transformative projects, linking residents across the community to jobs, educational opportunities, transit, and recreation. The 55-mile trail system is the physical link connecting our tourism, environment, and health, as well as our economic, and community development projects. We are currently seeking qualified vendors for the improvements of the Daniel Morgan Trail System at Daniel Morgan Avenue. Improvements will include approximately 2,000 L.F. of 2’ x 6’ surface mounted concrete median, thermoplastic markings, and traffic signs.
