The University will enter into a contract for pest control services at the locations listed for pest control of roaches, rats, mice, ants, silverfish, etc. Contractor shall use a pesticide, traps, baits, etc., that are approved by Federal and State Government for use in the facilities that are to be treated. Contractor shall pay particular attention to the needs of the Little Colonel Academy as this department is a day care facility and treatment must be made after 5 PM. Contractor shall provide service to each building monthly, except the residence halls. Residence Halls shall be treated quarterly. July, October, January, April of each year of the contract. Each Residence Hall shall receive service in every room, hall way, and exterior of building. Exterior of building shall include the entire perimeter of the building, including porches and walkways. Treatment shall be provided on the exterior at the base of the building concrete slab against the building, and the exterior porches and walkways shall be sprayed at the base of the floor of the porch or walkway against the building.
