Real Estate Services: 1. The Title Company will provide one (1) legible original, one (1) legible copy and one (1) electronic copy of the title search and report in accordance with the Technical Specifications. Delivery will be made to Charlotte County Real Estate Services; in accordance with delivery requirements (see Delivery, page 12). 2. Issuance of an “Examination of Title Search”. 3. Issuance of a “Commitment for Title Insurance”. 4. Issuance of a Title Insurance Policy insuring the interest in real property to be acquired by Charlotte County. 5. Under certain circumstances the Title Company may be requested to provide an update of the Title Search and Title Examination. Building Construction Services: Demolition Projects – There are occasions when it is required that the County demolishes various structures located within Charlotte County. Prior to demolition the following is required: 1. Provide the County with one (1) legible original O&E Report on specific parcel(s). Delivery will be made to Charlotte County Building Construction Services. 2. The Title Company may be required to provide an update of the O&E Report.
