The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and receive information back from potential Supply Partners that are interested in providing the University with natural gas supply services ranging from: Supplier (least comprehensive) To Agent (more comprehensive) To Asset Manager (most comprehensive) For the purpose of this RFP, these terms (Supplier, Agent, and Asset Manager) do not have specific definitions. These are just general categories shared with the University in preliminary conversations. This RFP requests information ranging from a firm’s qualifications, experience, financial strength, and differentiators, as well as specific suggestions for how the University should approach and think about some key details of the comprehensive supply solution. After reviewing all RFP submittals, the University will select the most qualified firms for further conversations and possibly in-person interviews at the campus in Fargo, ND. Firms are encouraged to provide high quality responses to this RFP as a key step in getting invited for further discussions.
