Providing Maintenance and Repair Service to Elevators , Wheelchair Lifts & Service Lifts located in various Middlesex County Buildings. The successful bidder shall be able to demonstrate that they have satisfactorily performed maintenance on elevators, wheelchair & service lifts of similar control and operation and that they have a local organization and facilities located within a reasonable distance from the work site(s) to properly fulfill all the services required on the type of elevator, wheelchair & service lifts equipment included in these specifications and that they have the financial and technical ability to render this service. The successful bidder shall maintain adequate facilities for making complete electrical repair of all rotating elements including the complete rewiring of the gearless machine armatures and the motor generator set armatures.
