The City of Palm Desert, ("City") invites and will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Eldorado Drive Pavement Rehabilitation; The Contractor shall not begin construction until the traffic control plan at that site has been approved. The Contractor may request to perform night work for pulverizing, grading, an/or striping at their own expense. Contractor must maintain access to at least one driveway per facility at all times, Contractor shall phase work where only one driveway entrance/exit exists. Contractor may, at no additional cost to the City, use a higher PSI rating to allow opening of the driveway soon with prior approval submittal from City.
