Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition (raze/ tear down) of all structure(s), to include removal of the structure(s), removal of all debris, weeds, rank vegetation, driveways, slabs, foundation walls, impervious surfaces, and fences. Sever and seal electrical, gas, water, sewer, and telephone utility mains per the Utility Companies Directives, also to fill open wells, removal/crushing/fill-in of septic tanks, underground fuel tanks, etc. on property(ies) to South Carolina Department of Environmental Services standards. Demolition of the structure shall be in accordance with all applicable regulations for the properties located at: 304 Minus Street, Greenville, SC Tax Map Number 0113.00-09-059.00. Asbestos WAS detected on the property. Project design and air monitoring will be required for asbestos abatement. Greenville County has contracted S&ME for project design and air monitoring services. Coordination with S&ME and Greenville County Codes will be required to conduct the air monitoring during the abatement. Please see asbestos report and project design.
