The County desires to enter into a partnership with a vendor capable of providing Network Cabling Design and Installation Services, in accordance with the specifications provided below: A. Furnish all materials, equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, means of transportation, and labor necessary to provide the services specified, on an As-Needed Basis B. Collaborate with County Personnel and County Contractors (General Contractors, Architects, etc.) to provide design services for Fiber Optic and Data Cabling C. Offer a full – range of fiber and cabling products manufactured by Hubbell Incorporated; including, CAT5e, CAT6 and CAT6A Wiring D. Provide documentation from the manufacturer stating the vendor is authorized to distribute the products specified E. Provide brand-specific products; no alternates will be accepted F. Provide Equipment in New, Unused Condition G. Install, terminate, test and label (including wall plate, jack and certification reports) all wires in accordance with specifications H. Provide and install Network Racks and Network Cabinets, as needed I. Provide an explanation regarding the length of warranty that applies to the equipment and workmanship J. Comply with all Federal, State and Local Regulations regarding installations, licenses, permits, and certifications to provide the products and services specified K. Provide low voltage security cabling L. All personnel involved in this project must pass Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), and National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Background Checks
