Vendors should provide information regarding the design, fabrication, and installation of a sign that meets the following general specifications: • Placement & Dimensions: o The sign will be installed on the brick façade. o The measurement from the arched bricks to the beige portion of the brick is 4’ 4” tall (final sign height TBD). o The width of the brick face is 15’ across (final sign width TBD). o The sign may extend outward from the wall up to 6-8 feet. • Design Requirements: o Vendors must provide design plans for the proposed signage. o The final design must align with historic preservation guidelines and zoning requirements. • Installation & Cleanup: o Vendors are responsible for the disposal of all shipping and installation debris. o Training on the use of any installed equipment must be provided.
