Contractor shall paint all walls, metal window frames, fixed shelving, closets, doors, restrooms, restroom ceilings, offices, hallways, metal railings and stairs in the identified project work area. Only the Project Manager can make the determination to not paint an area. Any areas that are excluded from the project work area will be determined by the Project Manager and communicated to the Contractor. Project work area will include the "C" wing of Charlottesville High School, including stairwells, classroom C145, stairwell by room B102, stairwell by A240, classroom A235, the interior of the Parkside building, and the interior door panels and frames of all "C" wing doors that lead to the exterior of the school. Existing murals in C100 and C200 hallways are to be painted over. Contractor shall paint an unbroken, solid color 4" high stripe across the top of the "C" wing hallways. This stripe is used by emergency responders to identify areas of the school.
