Vehicular access and parking. G. Waste removal facilities and services. H. Project identification sign. I. Field offices. 1.02 TEMPORARY UTILITIES A. Provide and pay for all electrical power, lighting, water, heating and cooling, and ventilation required for construction purposes beyond those made available by Owner. B. Existing facilities may be used. C. Use trigger-operated nozzles for water hoses, to avoid waste of water. 1.03 TELEPHONE SERVICE A. Provide, maintain, and pay for telephone service to field office if required at time of project mobilization. B. Telephone service may be provided through a mobile phone service. 1.04 TEMPORARY SANITARY FACILITIES A. Provide and maintain required facilities and enclosures. Provide at time of project mobilization. B. New permanent facilities may not be used during construction operations. C. Maintain daily in clean and sanitary condition. D. At end of construction, return facilities to same or better condition as originally found. 1.05 BARRIERS A. Provide barriers to prevent unauthorized entry to construction areas and to protect existing facilities and adjacent properties from damage from construction operations and demolition. B. Protect non-owned vehicular traffic, stored materials, site, and structures from damage. 1.06 FENCING A. Provide 8 foot high fence around construction site; equip with vehicular and pedestrian gates with locks.
