The Firm(s) selected to provide the Consultant Services (the "Services") shall perform these services on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks: A. Development Budget and Financial Proforma Preparation • Prepare realistic, market-justified development budgets and operating proformas for submission to RAD Program Lenders, finance agencies, grant-awarding organizations, and HUD. B. Communication and Coordination • Serve as the primary point of contact for HACC, HUD, and other relevant agencies, ensuring communication is timely, clear, and comprehensive to meet regulatory requirements and deadlines. C. RAD Conversion Analysis • Refine and create a detailed analysis of HACC’s RAD conversions, including projections of post-RAD revenues, summaries of financing options, detailed project proformas for at least two financing options, and a competitive analysis outlining agency revenue. D. Application Review and Finalization • Review and finalize draft application(s) in accordance with PIH 2012-32 (HA) for the selected project sites.
