Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work and Requirements: ● Price should include all site work. ● There are three (3) separate scopes of work with the following specs. o Project 1 – Asphalt Overlay ▪ Parking Lot Overlay (30,500 SF) ● Mobilization/Demobilization; Asphalt Patching; Clean Asphalt; Tack Coat; 1.5” Super pave Asphalt Overlay (280TN); Stripe; ▪ Bids must include: clipping the roadway edges, cleaning the asphalt, asphalt patching, repairing the area with 6” GAB, prime coat, 2” asphalt super pave. This should be done before the tack coat and asphalt overlay. o Project 2 – Grading & Paving a Track ▪ Track Grading & Paving ● Mobilization/Demobilization; Construction Layout; Clearing & Grubbing Fine Grading Compacting 6” GAB Track Base (1,468 TN) Prime Coat 2” Super pave Track Asphalt (513 TN) Stripe ▪ To install a standard 8 lane track. The bid must include clearing, grubbing, and grading of the proposed track and field, 6” GAB base, prime coat and 2” asphalt super pave for the track. Also, includes striping.
