Under this project, LLT desires to demolish and remove all structures, concrete slab foundations and/or concrete flatwork, including but not limited to foundations, driveways, sidewalks, and miscellaneous paving, remove all associated water, sewer and drainage piping encountered, remove trees and stumps, remove hazardous tree limbs, remove and dispose of all household hazardous waste, hazardous and toxic waste, petroleum products, electronic wastes, ozone depleting substances, white goods and small gasoline motorized equipment, load, transport and dispose (or recycling) of waste material to a permitted LDEQ site approved for each waste type, fill, grade, slope and compact low areas with approved soils to promote proper drainage, and all other items identified within the bid package and subsequent Work Order(s). Some of the structures and slab foundations contain asbestos containing materials (ACMs), therefore the project also contains the proper handling, abatement, and disposal of ACMs when necessary. Structures that become imminent threats to public health or safety will also be included in this project. The work referenced shall also include all incidental work thereto. The items above, as well as the items included in this bid package, may be assigned in full to a particular property or may be assigned individually to certain properties. As a result the scope of work for each site specific work order may include any one of the items, or combination of the items included in this bid package.
