Tarrant County is seeking a vendor-hosted web application for notary fraud alert designed to monitor and identify the usage of notary stamps indexed from a document recorded in the Tarrant County Clerk’s Office, alerting a notary to any unauthorized use and promptly alert authorities in the event of fraudulent activity. The County is not interested in a software development scenario. The solution must be ready to deploy with minimal configuration required. To include annual license fees for unlimited users, implementation, initial customizations, training, data export validation, marketing assistance, maintenance and support, etc. Provide technical support capability for notaries to receive assistance with sign up, notification preferences, and other technical issues independent of the Tarrant County Clerk’s staff. Vendor should provide training materials and user guides for the solution.
