1. All data must be stored on servers within the United States. 2. System must ensure strong data encryption during transit and while at rest. 3. Must allow a minimum of two (2) batches per year. 4. Must provide a manual user interface that allows up to 1.5 million names to be submitted. The batch can be divided into several runs if needed, up to the 1.5 million names. 5. Reports must be downloadable in CSV or Excel format for each batch. 6. For comparison purposes, vendor must provide the following details for each name in our database: first name, last name, suffix, date of birth and address. If a social security number (SSN) is available, that must also be included. 7. Must report if a submitted name is deceased through a federal source. 8. Must provide indication if address is a commercial (business), probable vacant, or residence address (to include home-based businesses). 9. Data must be from a Nationwide Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLB) regulated source, including payday lending sources and National Change of Address (NCOA). 10. Must provide documentation of National Change of Address (NCOA) checks.
