This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to request bids for the purchase of the following equipment and services: Supply and deliver new 480V Power Distribution Equipment specified and indicated in the Owner’s Contract Documents. The overall dimensions of the new Power Distribution Equipment shall fit within the existing limited space as specified in the specifications included in this ITB (collectively, Goods). The selected vendor will also perform related commissioning and startup services consisting of commissioning and startup for the power distribution equipment, field inspections, certifying proper installation, and training of District personnel (collectively, Special Services). A single manufacturer shall be responsible for supplying the equipment described with all accessories and appurtenances, including but not necessarily limited to, parameter setting software. District will enter into a separate contract with a contractor to install the Goods (Installing Contractor).
