Project Management – Oversee timelines, communication, and risk mitigation. Technical Training – Train staff, develop materials, and ensure knowledge transfer. Subject Matter Expert (Skyward Qmlativ SIS, Skyward SMS 2.0, and/or K-12 Processes) Texas K-12 Expertise: -Provide Subject Matter Experts (SME) with Texas K-12 knowledge. -Support SIS business analysis, implementation, and project management. -Ensure compliance with state regulations. District Integration: -Align SIS with district workflows. -Maximize staff involvement and efficiency. -Collaborative Approach: -Partner with the district and vendor to balance scope, timeline, and effort. -Ensure vendor accountability for delivering the agreed solution. -Monitor progress to support a successful SIS implementation for Lewisville ISD.
