The University of Toledo (“UToledo”) is soliciting qualifications for professional Architect/Engineer (“A/E”) Services associated with the relocation of baseball and softball to Main Campus along with a new/relocated intramural/club field. Master Planning programming included the following spaces within the new complex: • New Competition Fields for Both Softball and Baseball • Turf infields and outfields • Seating for both sports • A shared press box serving both sports • Concession/Restrooms • Changing areas for home teams • Officials’ rooms • Batting Cages • Bull Pens • New synthetic recreational fields. As required by the Agreement, and as properly authorized, provide the following categories of services for each design and construction phase: Program Verification, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document Preparation, Bid and Award Support, Conformed Documents, Construction Administration, Post-Construction, and Additional Services of all types.
