A. Identify areas of liability and/or risk exposure that may exist and determine the appropriate type and amount of insurance coverage needed to adequately protect SWACO against such liability and/or risk exposure. B. Without limitation, SWACO contemplates that it will need assistance with insurance areas such as the following: i. Political subdivision and public officials’ liability (and associated immunities); ii. General liability; iii. Comprehensive motor vehicle, property, and casualty liability coverage; iv. Environmental liability; v. Employee life insurance needs; vi. Employee fidelity bonds or dishonesty; vii. Employee health and disability; viii. Excess liability coverage; ix. Equipment/tool floater; x. Catastrophic; xi. Areas where it may be appropriate to be “self-insured;” xii. Such other areas as may be identified by SWACO or the Successful Proposer from time to time.
