A. The City of Iowa City is seeking qualified vendors to provide litter pickup services at Iowa City Landfill and Recycling Center ("Landfill") per the terms, conditions, and specifications of RFQ25-50. The contractor will perform outdoor cleaning services to collect wind-blown litter and debris within the interior and perimeter of the landfill. B. Services will be required on an as-needed basis, generally one (1) three-hour shift per week, primarily spring through fall. The contractor must provide a crew of three workers per shift. A landfill employee may accompany the crew at the beginning of shifts to provide guidance. C. The City of Iowa City will not be held responsible for the estimated quantities listed in this solicitation. Actual requirements may be more or less than those estimated. D. The City is in no way restricted from ordering the services included in the Request for Quotation from other vendors as needed.
