Maintenance and Support Services: • Execute regular maintenance as outlined by Verkada guidelines on an as-needed basis. • Address repair and technical support needs per task order requirements. • Emergency and non-emergency responsive services detailed in per-project task orders. 3. As-Needed Service Execution: • Each engagement will require the issuance of a task order. • Specific task orders will outline scope of work, project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
