Supply and install Linoleum Tile Product flooring, colors and patterns to be determined. Include 4” cove base molding, color to be determined, and includes installation of base molding. ● Moving Furniture as needed. ● Rip up and recycle existing flooring ● Grinding concrete and preparing floor per industry standards ● Install one coat in each classroom of Ardex MC Rapid (preferred) moisture mitigation product ( or product equal to or better) in the Foreign Language Wing area only. ● Priming Floor ● Skim coat floor with one coat Ardex Feather Finish ● All Materials, Freight, adhesive, and other products as needed. Adjust layout of tiles to avoid cut widths less than one half of tiles on the perimeter of the area. ● Product must extend tiles into alcove areas, bathroom entrances where current VCT tiles exist. ● Use Products and Manufacturer recommended adhesive products applied per manufacturers recommendations ● Supply and install Tarkett or similar 4” Base Cove molding color to be determined. Base cove cannot be stretched during installation process using pre molded corner pieces where necessary. ● Contractor responsible for disposal of old materials. cleanup and repairing any damage to walls. ● Work to be performed at prevailing wage rates. ● Work to be under State Contract FAC-98 ● Please reference Forbo Technical Specification sheet attached to this bid form for product preference
