Mountain View Community desires to construct a new commercial laundry addition for its current building located in Ossipee, NH. The existing building is a licensed nursing home for Carroll County consisting of 103 beds in a single two-story building. It is occupied and will remain occupied during the construction period. The project consists of a one story, 1,400sf addition connected to the existing building. The slab on grade addition shall be non-combustible construction consisting of steel studs supporting F.R.T. wood roof trusses. The buildings exterior will match the existing. The existing water, fire, and gas underground utility lines will be impacted by the addition. All information supplied by Owner shall remain confidential.
