The Work includes but is not limited to roofing system repairs and maintenance. The work will be on an as needed basis and will be detailed in the Port of Seattle issued Work Authorization. Work will generally be requested as needed, with projects for overall roof repairs of buildings, but emergency response capability is also required. Single Ply Membrane, PVC Membrane Roofing, Hypalon Roofing Membrane, EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Roof Membrane, TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) Single-ply Roofing, Modified Bitumen roofing. Fibered emulsion coatings, Fibered asphalt coatings, Reflective aluminum coatings, Reflective elastomeric coatings. Standing seam metal roofs. Associated with general roofing restoration and/or sealing & waterproofing fall protection anchorage points or other roofing equipment location.
