The purpose of this IFB is to establish a citywide contract for the purchase of trash receptacles. The receptacle will be use in public streetscapes, plazas at municipal buildings, parks, parking lots, and parking garages. This initiative aims to improve waste management throughout the City of Coral Gables, enhancing both environmental health and public safety. Moreover, these strategically placed receptacles contribute to the aesthetic appeal of urban areas, supporting sustainability efforts and fostering a cleaner, more attractive environment for residents and visitors alike. By addressing the need for functional, well-placed litter cans, the City of Coral Gables strives to promote public health, environmental stewardship, and an overall higher quality of urban life. The primary function of these trash receptacles is to provide accessible, designated disposal points for waste, effectively reducing littering and maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces. By offering convenient locations for waste disposal, these cans encourage responsible behavior, ensuring that trash is disposed of properly rather than discarded on the ground
