Cleaning includes the complete removal of grease and cleaning grease traps. All traps will require services at a minimum of 3 times during the bid period. San Angelo ISD will only pay for the base price plus the disposal fee per gallon of actual product removed. This proposal seeks a qualified vendor(s) to provide scheduled cleaning services for SAISD school kitchens that shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following minimum services: a) Pumping of Grease Traps of various size. b) All equipment used to pump traps must have working meters that register and show the gallons removed from the traps. c) Awarded vendor must provide SAISD with a Septic Hauler Chain of Custody affidavit within 3 days of service. A Child Nutrition representative will inspect traps prior to signing invoices and state documentation. Detailed service affidavits with beginning and ending pump readings are required. c) Schedule coordination with Child Nutrition Staff who must be present at all location pumping’s at start and end of site to confirm and sign documents. e) Grease Trap Locations and Sizes: a list of all Grease Trap locations and current sizes is located at the end of this document. Additional units for the district may also be awarded as a part of this RFP under if selected by vendor as approved option. f) Dates for 2025/2026 Cleanings are listed at the end of this document
