INVENTORY AND ASSESSMENT ● Field Survey as needed to supplement desktop (topographic, utility, tree) ● Geotech Testing (if needed) REAL ESTATE ● Acquisition of ROW (in compliance with the Uniform Act) ● Acquisition of Temporary Construction Easements PROJECT MEETINGS/PRESENTATIONS ● Attendance/presentation at meetings required for agency approvals ● Attendance/presentation at a limited number of public meetings that facilitate stakeholder engagement DESIGN ● Development of Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Drawings ● Development of Design Schedule, updated throughout the project ● Development of Engineer’s Estimate at each Design phase ● Development of Specifications (if needed to supplement Standard) ● Development of a Submittals List ● Completion of project-specific sections of the Project Manual, including Bid Form and Special Requirements The primary Design items will include: ● Concrete sidewalk ● Curb and gutter
