The Vendor will provide temporary stall rental for the County’s facility: The National Equestrian Center; further described in bid specifications as “Facility”. • The Vendor must be able to provide up to 160 portable temporary stalls and extension cords or cords with extensions for each individual stall. • The Vendor must be able to provide their own staff or contractors to deliver and set up temporary stalls. • The Vendor must utilize a scheduling process with a contact at the Facility and may NOT place or remove stalls on dates NOT specified by Facility contact. • The Vendor must be able to place temporary stalls and run extension cords or cords with extensions to where the County contact requires them to on National Equestrian Center property as seen in, but not limited to, where identified on the location map. • The County reserves the right to request changes in the number of stalls and service frequency of the temporary stall rental without voiding the existing service agreement with the Vendor. • The Vendor shall include all current fuel and environmental compliance costs in the hauling charges quoted in response to this bid request. Accordingly, the current operating conditions shall serve as the base point when the County evaluates any request from the Vendor to initiate any surcharges or additional fees in order to continue providing the temporary stall rental services.
