The Base Bid items include the purchase and construction of 21 solar lights and their foundations and the purchase and installation of an over the street banner pole system. The project will include the in-kind replacement or reuse of any sidewalk or permeable paver disturbed during construction. The construction of 10.5 to14 feet deep cast-in-drilled-hole pier foundations for the solar lights and over-the-road banner system are included in this project. All Base Bid improvements will be located in downtown Willits, Ca. Should the project budget allow, Bid Alternative 1 may become part of the project and consists of the procurement and installation of two additional solar lights to be located in Willits Babcock Park along Hwy 20.
