Public areas in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors will receive upgrades. Existing floor systems will be demolished and new installed. Walls will be patched and painted to reflect current UWG material finish standards. Lighting systems will be upgraded to LED, with demolition and reinstallation of partial ceiling grid in select areas. (See document “2023-223 UWG TLC Bldg Lighting Upgrades_100% CD COMBINED_07.12.24”). The main stairway will receive alternate panel systems, to be determined in collaboration with the Design Professional, replacement of stair tread, and painted handrails. The independent drop ceilings will be renovated to cover the top, solution to be determined via collaboration with the Design Professional.
