Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, packaging, materials, tools, vehicles, placards, labels/marking, and equipment (including personal protective equipment and safety equipment) required to provide services for pick-up, transportation and disposal of hazardous pharmaceutical waste (cytotoxic, antineoplastic or other hazardous medication waste) and non-hazardous waste for DSH. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Contractor shall provide quarterly pickup and disposal of Federal Resources Conservation and Recovery Act (R.C.R.A) containers. B. Contractor shall provide quarterly pick-up and disposal of pharmaceutical waste. C. Contractor shall notify DSH Contract Manager or designee at least one (1) working day in advance of scheduled services if Contractor needs to reschedule service date or is unable to provide services for reason other than illness and if Contractor cannot immediately provide replacement staff to avoid disruption of service. D. Any pharmaceutical waste collected from DSH shall receive proper treatment (to render non-infectious with regard to sterilization or incineration) prior to its disposal by Contractor. E. Containers securing pharmaceutical waste collected from DSH shall receive proper treatment, post-disposal by Contractors, in compliance with state regulations. F. Contractor shall provide all labor, packaging, materials, tools, vehicles, placards, labels/markings, and equipment (including personal protective equipment and safety equipment). G.
