The Village of Belleville is completing roadway improvements along STH 69 for a new intersection with Tyler Street. Work includes storm sewer installation, pedestrian path installation, and turning lane improvements, concrete curb and gutter, signing and pavement marking. Work is being included for a subdivision currently under construction. Additional work for the extension of Bell West Boulevard is included within the overall scope of this project. Work along Bell West Boulevard includes the topsoil stripping, roadway base construction, installation of concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, sanitary sewer, and water laterals. Work is included for the project to add pavement patches along STH 69 at the northerly end of the Village. The pavement patches will be extensions to the paved shoulders along the STH. The pavement patches will include the base preparation and paving around existing water valves to protect them from maintenance along the STH 69.
