The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Facilities Management is soliciting quotations from qualified organizations to establish a contract for the following services: Furnish, launder, rent and/or purchase of work apparel, coveralls, mats, dust mops and towels as detailed in the specifications of this RFQ. Bidders are encouraged to provide pricing for any or all services and/or products as needed. County has the right to split this bid among multiple Contractors if it is found to be in the best interest of the County. County may or delete items during the duration of the contract. Successful Bidders shall provide the requested services as outlined in Exhibit A (Product Specification). ALL unit prices quoted must include shipping, handling, delivery, fuel surcharges and/or freight charges for delivery to the locations listed in Exhibit C (Locations). Bidders are encouraged to submit their best pricing initially, as the County may award without negotiations. Pricing shall be provided on Exhibit B (Cost Proposal). Bidders shall make changes to the cost proposal sheet as deemed necessary to show pricing difference between sizes and price breaks for quantities.
