The Ice Houses must be furnished with all standard OEM equipment as advertised whether or not specifically called for here, except where the State has requested the replacement of a standard OEM item with a non-standard OEM item, or the addition of optional OEM item(s). The Ice Houses must be delivered complete and ready for immediate operation to function as advertised and must satisfy all applicable codes, standards and ratings including all current Minnesota and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. The following definitions apply to items supplied. Standard OEM Items: Standard OEM build parts and/or materials required to build the most current advertised production model. Non-Standard OEM Items: Non-standard OEM items that may replace required standard OEM items. Optional OEM items: Optional items that may be added to the build specification at the Customers request to enhance the equipment features.
