1. Grass shall be cut biweekly, including all common areas and the front and back areas of residential units. The scope of work includes the removal of weeds throughout the property, trimming of overgrown vegetation, and the cleanup and removal of all debris. 2. The contractor shall prepare and submit a proposed schedule to the agency for approval, outlining the sequence of work for the entire growing season. **This proposed schedule must be included with the bid submission. 3. The contractor shall notify the property manager if weather conditions, such as excessive moisture, make it impractical or inadvisable to perform ground maintenance activities. 4. The contractor shall notify the property manager if conditions due to moisture make it impractical or inadvisable to conduct ground maintenance activities. 5. The contractor shall ensure that no weeds are present at curbs, sidewalks, or around buildings at any time. 6. Grass clippings, debris, and weeds must not be disposed of on HACC property. 7 Precautions must be taken to prevent harm to personnel and damage to property resulting from flying debris. The contractor shall be responsible for any repair costs or reimbursements related to such damage. 8. The contractor and staff must exercise care to prevent damage to trees, shrubs, buildings, and personal property. The contractor shall be responsible for the cost of any necessary repairs or reimbursements. 9. The contractor shall submit Spring and Fall flower options to the HACC staff during the post-award meeting.
