1. System Description: 1. Install a Tremco Fully-Adhered AlphaGuard BIO Polyurethane Elastomeric white roofing system on the specified Joe Graham Gymnasium roof section. 2. The assembly consists of a base coat, reinforcement, and a white UV top coat. 2. The system is comprised of the following: 1. Remove and replace any areas of wet insulation found during the infrared scan with new and kind materials matching the existing thickness. Tie into existing roof system. Trim Trees away from roof area. 2. Clean existing roof system of all dirt, dust, and debris via pressure washing at minimum 2,000psi, and make sure roof is clean and dry. 3. Make each pitch pocket level with TremSeal Pro Pitch Pocket Sealer. Replace metal T-Tops above pitch pockets. Cut out any blisters and make proper repairs before restoration. 4. At all penetration flashings, curbs, and wall flashings, install AlphaGuard BIO Base coat at 4 gallons per square minimum and embed Permafab fabric. Once cured, install AplhaGuard BIO Top Coat at 3 gallons per square. AlphaGuard BIO Base Coat left exposed for 72 hours or greater must be primed with Tremco BIO Prime prior to application of AlphaGuard BIO Top Coat. Any metal areas will need to be primed with Alphaguard M-Prime.
