1. SCOPE OF WORK Project Description: Marlboro County Government is issuing this Request for Bids (RFB) soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide regular lawn maintenance and for locations identified below. Lawn care includes mowing, edging, blowing, trash pick up and trimming on a biweekly cycle for the months of April through October and on a monthly basis for the months of November through March at all locations except the fairgrounds which will require bush hog monthly from February through November. Weeding and weed control and fertilizing twice a year for all locations except fairgrounds. Project Locations: • Marlboro Park Hospital property on Cheraw Highway • Marlboro County Fairground property on Fayetteville Avenue extension • Broad Street property • Farners Market on Broad Street
