Contract shall provide all labor and materials, and perform all work necessary for the completion of improvements as described below: ➢ Remove 1,800 SF of tile flooring. ➢ Replace removed tile flooring with 1,800 SF of equivalent height of epoxy resin flooring. ➢ Remove and install 11’x16’ of stainless L-shaped counter top, with bar topper on the 16’ side. Counter top should be granite or quartz. ➢ Remove and install 15’ of upper cabinetry and 12’ of lower cabinetry, which will include a granite or quartz counter top and new sink. Counter top must match throughout project. ➢ Remove two 36” doors and replace with metal doors of same size. Additionally, install access control locks. ➢ Remove four ceiling fans, replacing two of them. ➢ Repaint and install trim for six rooms, approximately 1,800 SF. ➢ Remove and replace old lighting. ➢ Remove and replace three-foot bathroom vanity with granite or quartz vanity. ➢ Remove 325 SF of wooden paneling on ceiling, replacing with drywall. ➢ Install a 2’ stainless wainscoting for 18 feet of wall in a utility closet.
