Provide plumbing maintenance services as a full-service company handling any and all plumbing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in house as requested by the city for routine, non-routine/schedule, and none scheduled emergency work. The plumbing maintenance services work shall include the following: i. Domestic hot water and cold-water piping systems; ii. drain, waste and vent systems; iii. Gas piping system; iv. Storm drainage system; v. Water services up to the public water and sewer system connections; vi. Plumbing fixtures, trimming plumbing appliances including connections to piping and venting; vii. Excavation, backfilling and masonry work; vii. Installation of faucet water filters; ix. Replacing/installing new furnace filters
