Projects #1 (Yates County owned Lots) and #2 (First Baptist Church owned lot) both consist of repair to any sub course damage as shown in the pavement section or pavement section repair details included in this document, milling rebates at all locations needed for transition from pavement to other hard surfaces and 1.5” overlay of top course. The projects will be done in three (3) phases and a proposed phasing plan is included in this document. The time frame and daily operations of the contractor for the projects will also have to be coordinated with the County for continuity of operation. The window for project work will be July 14, 2025 to August 22, 2025. All Hot Mix Asphalt material pay items shall conform to Sections 401, 402, 403, 404, 406 and 407 in the New York State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications dated January 1, 2022 or any revision/addendum pertaining thereto. The supplier shall provide certification to Yates County that materials, methods and equipment are NYSDOT approved when requested.
