Provide manufacturing, delivery, and installation of a Rooftop Mechanical Screening System at the Police Station. Screening System should be consistent with the design of the screening at The Link Event and Recreation Center located at 6750 Baker Boulevard. Mechanical equipment screens, also known as vision screens or louvered equipment screens are roofmounted panels that create a visual barrier and conceal mechanical equipment from sight. The primary purpose of these screens is to improve architectural aesthetics without compromising the function of the mechanical equipment that it conceals. For purposes of this proposal, the screening installation will conceal multiple HVAC units and other rooftop equipment. i. Eight feet (8’) tall ii. North facing elevation iii.
