1. The expectation of the Owner is that the selected bidder will assess the current condition of Hardy West. Work with our Environmental Coordinator to ensure that there is no infringement with the wetlands. 2. An on-site visit will be required to collect data and field investigation. Phase 1 of field construction project is the removal of roughly 4 acres of trees, stump removal and leveling the property. Surface would be cleared of any residual debris and suitable for planting grass. 4. Excavation and creating an agricultural pond to be used for irrigation purposes. Pond dimensions 50 foot wide x 150 feet long, 10 feet deep in the center. 5. The Owner expects the bidder's expertise and experience in clearing of the property, stump removal and building an agricultural pond.
