The Norwalk Housing Authority (“NHA”) is seeking proposals from experienced consultants to assist with its current performance review process by developing and facilitating a performance review process for six (6) executive staff members to obtain feedback from the employees’ executive-level peer group, direct reports, and supervisor where applicable. The consultant will be required to develop a written Evaluation Survey for completion by all employees; prepare a written summary of the survey data collected; conduct in person interviews with all staff; issue a written report regarding interview findings; provide written recommendations for best practices and attend a virtual meeting of the Board of Commissioners to present the reports, findings and recommendations. The consultant will collect, analyze, and disseminate the findings and make recommendations at three levels: intradepartmental, interdepartmental, and overall, for the executive-level team.
