The City of New Orleans seeks proposals for qualified firms (the Vendor) to manufacture, produce, and deliver 83,000 RFID equipped 65-gallon rolling Recycling Carts to households / designated service points in New Orleans. The Cart manufacturer may also be requested to produce RFID equipped 95+/-Gallon rolling Recycling Carts and deliver them to the Department of Sanitation, 2829 Elysian Fields Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70122. These Recycling Carts will be stored as inventory for the City of New Orleans. Receiving Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. CT. Excluding City Holidays; 24 hours advanced notice required for deliveries. The selected vendor will also be asked to provide spare parts for the Recycling Carts to the City of New Orleans and deliver these spare parts at the same time as the Recycling Carts for inventory are delivered to the City of New Orleans
