The NDDPI seeks qualified entities to evaluate and inform the implementation and outcomes of the ND CLIMBS grant by working with the ND CLIMBS admin staff to identify, access, and utilize existing data for evaluative purposes. The NDDPI seeks an evaluator to design and implement an evaluation process that assesses the extent to which subgrantees and the State are implementing grant practices to improve outcomes for Birth through grade 12 students and disadvantaged populations. The awarded contractor must evaluate the implementation and impact of the ND CLIMBS program at both subgrantee and State levels. The contractor will provide recommendations to guide NDDPI’s efforts in improving program administration and providing technical assistance to subgrantees for enhancing local program quality and evaluation strategies. This process will: 1. Provide knowledge relevant to the implementation and effect of the ND CLIMBS program. 2. Provide continuous improvement suggestions and progress reports to be used by subgrantees and the State. 3. Provide periodic implementation and outcome reports.
