The maintenance, repair and replacement of all district locking devices, and the design and preparation of a district wide master lock system. All scaffolding, rigging, ladders, etc. must be OSHA approved and labeled. Said equipment not OSHA approved will not be allowed on district premises. All resulting debris must be removed from building and premises. All work will be scheduled by the Director of School Facilities, and will accommodate school scheduling. Work may be scheduled for weekends at the discretion of the district. A management representative from the contractor must make themselves available for any and all work-related meetings that are called by the District at the District’s discretion. Bidder must be an Authorized Medeco Security Center (MSC) Contractor is required to maintain a prevailing rate schedule for all work performed and to submit certified payroll with the prevailing wage to the district when submitting invoices.
