Bids shall include all labor, equipment and materials, etc. to complete the remodel of the men’s and women’s restrooms at 11 South D St., Perris, CA 92570. 1. Remove and demo tile at walls and floor. 2. Install a new backer board and tile at walls, floor to ceiling. Install schluter trim at floor and walls, as required. Tile to match specs provided. Grout and seal tile, as required. 3. Remove existing toilets, urinals, sinks and faucets and replace with ADA compliant fixtures to match specs provided. New fixtures to be installed at existing locations. Relocation of water lines and drain lines are excluded from this bid. 4. Remove existing partitions and install new partitions with 9-inch AF required for ADA. Layout of new partitions to be same as existing. Color and design to be approved by the Public Works Manager. 5. Remove existing light fixtures and replace them at the same locations with new fixtures, as required. Replace existing switches and outlets, as required. 6. Remove existing countertops and install new white sparkle quartz countertops of equal length at the same locations. Install ADA compliant support brackets, as required. 7. Remove existing mirrors above countertops and replace them with new mirrors at the same locations. 8. Prime and paint ceilings and doors, as required. 9. Clean up and haul away all debris.
