7.1. Requirements All technicians must be certified to work out the NUSD equipment. 7.2. Supplies The selected vendor will submit a pricing structure for staple cartridges and other components necessary for the upkeep of the copiers and printers. The unit price for each box of staples will be detailed on a separate page to be included within the proposal. Additionally, for each renewal period, the vendor is required to furnish a cost sheet outlining the staple requirements for each copier. 7.3. Equipment The equipment, both new and used, procured during the term of this contract must be explicitly detailed by the vendor. The vendor shall identify all parts, supplies, and services excluded from maintenance, with their associated costs itemized separately on the provided price sheet. All defective or unserviceable components must be replaced with parts that are approved by the manufacturer for replacement and that include the manufacturer's standard warranty. 7.4. Service Maintenance Schedules/Response Times Routine OEM-recommended service schedules shall be conducted on prearranged dates and times agreed upon by the contractor and the NUSD authorized representative. "Will Call" service maintenance shall occur during standard business hours, defined as 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays. The response time for "Will Call" service maintenance shall be within four hours of the initial notification
